These Terms of Service (“Terms") govern your access to and use of Hype Nation, including browsing events, saving them, buying tickets, and posting events as an organizer. By using Hype Nation, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may use Hype Nation to discover local events, connect with organizers, and share events you are genuinely interested in. Do not use Hype Nation to post misleading, fraudulent, hateful, violent, or illegal content; harass others; scrape our data; or interfere with the platform’s operation.
User-generated content
Event listings, venue information, comments, RSVPs, and other content you submit are your responsibility. You grant Hype Nation a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform. You represent that you have the right to share anything you post and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or the law.
Organizer and promoter responsibilities
If you post events as a Hyper (organizer) or promoter, you are responsible for the accuracy of event details, including dates, times, locations, prices, age restrictions, and refund policies. Keep your event listings up to date and honor any tickets or commitments sold through Hype Nation.
Hype Nation is a platform, not the organizer
Hype Nation connects attendees with event organizers and venues. We do not organize, host, or guarantee any event listed on the platform. We are not responsible for event quality, cancellations, changes, disputes, or injuries that occur at events. Any issues should be directed to the event organizer.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or repeatedly post inaccurate or harmful content. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Hype Nation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you made no purchases.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.
